We will meet with our Vendor client and take detailed instructions about the property. We will promptly order all searches needed to prepare a listing contract and compile a Contract for Sale which satisfies vendor disclosure obligations and all legislative requirements.
We ensure that if any prospective Purchaser has contacted us and specific amendments to the Contract for Sale have been agreed between the Vendor and the prospective Purchaser, we will notify you in advance of the auction. We make it easy to understand any different requests as we know how busy things can get on auction day.
Unfortunately this is often dependent on how quickly relevant authorities can provide us with the mandatory disclosure documents. Rest assured there will be no delay in ordering the documents and conferring with the Vendor to finalise the listing contract. We are well aware of the need for speed at this point in the transaction.

We upload our orders on the agent into the PEXA platform to automate the provisions of the order on the agent as soon as the transaction has settled.
