Does conveyancing differ across suburbs of NSW?

Generally no. That is, a contract for sale must include specific documents required by legislation. However, there can often be slightly unusual features of property which require disclosure that lawyers or conveyancers practising in other suburbs may not be aware of. ClickLaw’s in depth experience gained over many years of conveyancing helps as we have developed a knowledge base of some area or suburb specific qualities, for e.g. areas not connected to sewers that need an on site sewage management system, we know the document needed for that!

Is QLD conveyancing the same as NSW conveyancing?

Standard contracts in NSW and QLD are different and conveyancing is different in either states. The general process is the same, however there are differences throughout the course of the conveyance.
